Whether it is coffee, a smoothie or a steaming cup of cacao, when you add a K&B Majik Melt you will be adding 8 functional mushrooms (not psychoactive!) and 4 other helpful ingredients to give you a little extra to take on the day.
Each melt contains a balanced blend of 8 medicinal mushrooms (also known as functional mushrooms). There is a great deal of scientific literature you can access HERE on the benefits of these, maybe after reading it you will be slightly obsessed with them like we are! But in a nutshell, they are powerful allies that can help support you in stress, build your immunity, strengthen your mind and prolong life.
We have teamed these up with the anti-inflammatory spice, Tumeric and antioxidant-rich white pepper. White pepper contains Piperine, which inhibits the metabolic breakdown of turmeric compounds in the gut and the liver allowing higher levels of of these compounds to remain in the body, This may increase the effects of turmeric and make them a perfect pair.
Maca powder is thought to enhance energy and boost your mood and has a caramel-like flavour which compliments the final ingredient of Cacao butter perfectly. Along with its delicious chocolate aroma, we use it as a healthy fat, which can help prolong your fast as well as help balance mood-regulating hormones.
